Our ceremonial Matcha from Kyoto, Japan, is made in the traditional way. The Bio Japan Kyoto Matcha Cha No Yu is of the highest ceremonial quality. The deep green, silky-smooth leaf was traditionally ground in stone mills.

The Matcha comes in a tea caddy with screw cap and aroma-protective packaging.

Tea preparation recommendation: 2 bamboo spoons (half teaspoon)/80ml, water temperature 60°C (boil the water and let it rest for 15 minutes), beat in a bowl with a whisk until frothy
