ORDERS


Order cancellations or adjustments are possible within 12 hours after the order is placed. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. Before placing the order you can always send an email to sales@theblissbae.com or fill in the contact form below if you have any questions regarding your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, we do not issue refunds; instead, you will receive a store credit for the amount of the returned item.


REFUNDS


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if;

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • You receive the wrong item

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs duties or additional fees that may apply. However, you're always welcome to reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist in looking into it for you!

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

WE DO NOT ISSUE THE REFUND IF
  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

For updates regarding your order, please keep an eye on your tracking information. Should you not have received the order within two weeks, please reach out then.
